6 month pictures!!

My friend Tate did an AWESOME job taking Henry's 6 month pictures yesterday!! I am very happy with the results b/c when the camera comes out...someones smiles disappear!!

Now to pick my favorites... Anyone want to help me?! ;)

Grover turns 4!

We had Grover's party last night. He enjoyed Meatloaf and got an outside toy. He wasn't a fan of wearing his party hat and Gisele was pouting since it wasn't her birthday...Henry seemed to enjoy the party though!Yippee!! Where's the cake?

Happy 4th Birthday, Grover!

Heaven only knows how many times I say your name daily, make you sit in the corner while Gisele eats her food so you don't eat it, yell at you to stop barking at the cats outside multiple times a day, get aggravated at you for constantly whining to go outside, let you out and you immediately want back in, tell Kit we should get rid of you during supper while you lay in the dining room giving us your big baby browns and at the end of the night praise you for being such a calm cuddle bug all curled up on the ottoman. The TV turns off and you promptly run upstairs and hop on your bed and don't make a single sound at night. But then when I wake up in the morning, we do it all over again...

...Oh Grover, you have always made life interesting....

My days are numbered...

...until a little boy starts crawling everywhere! This is all he does when he is on the floor now along with scooting backwards...I don't know why I still put a blanket on the floor. He ends up everywhere BUT on the blanket! :)
Also, Henry got a gift from his "Great Gma Georgia Peach Betty" (Whew! That will take a long time to teach him...haha) long story but, my Granny's good friend lives about 20 minutes away so we sort of have adopted each other! She's the sweetest lady and got Henry another set of swim trunks...CaMo StYlE!! We've been to the pool everyday this week and maybe after his afternoon nap and when Poppa comes home we'll go again! It's so nice to be able to walk right down the street and I don't feel so bad about not staying long since it's right in the neighborhood. It has been a huge blessing b/c lately...if you are outside, you need to be by some water!! Henry enjoys the water alot and I just bought a little pool seat for him...he'd rather ride around with me but at least goes in there for a good 15 minutes.

Henry has quite a few cousins...9 to be exact! It's alot of fun to see all the cousins interact with Henry...Mallory & Kerington know how to get him really laughing :). Henry and Jaxson are about 6 1/2 months apart! All I see is TrOuBlE in the future!!Here's a couple cute pictures Aunt Kenlyn captured :)

Home Sweet Home

We are back home again in Georgia! Henry & I had such a great visit with friends & family! Thanks to all who opened up their home and allowed us to come spend some time with you. We sure missed Poppa like crazy and are so thankful he allowed Henry & I to take a break to visit everyone!! Earlier today I wrote all about our trip and the highlights and just needed to add pictures...well, I can't seem to find what I wrote but figure that most people just want to see pictures anyway!! :) I chose some of my favorites! Blogging Break

Well, it's Sunday night and who knows the next time this blog will be updated! Tomorrow, Henry & I are leaving with my parents to head to Ohio and then back to good 'ole Indiana. Henry and I are looking forward to spending one on one time with friends and family. We are sure gonna miss Kit ALOT as we won't see him for almost two weeks!!!

Poor Henry has not been himself and I am so ready for a tooth to pop at any time. This morning him and I stayed home and didn't go to church allowing him to take a nice long morning nap. Well, he pretty much napped all day long. The boy must need it. No fever though right now, just a yucky nose.

Anywho, we are so excited to be able to visit co-workers, friends and family.

As my mom said, I'm going to be in "no man's land" at their house without high speed internet so unless it's something I'm dying to post for Kit, I doubt I'll try to upload anything.

Today we went to Panola Mountain state park and enjoyed more of God's beauty all around us! Poor Henry, he has had a runny nose for the past week and I just assumed it was the weather as both Kit and I have had sinus pressure, sneezing, itchy eyes...

Well, I definately think he is also teething. With that said, he seemed to enjoy the walk today and did a really good job riding in the snugli either with me, poppa or grandpa. I love that kid so much! He is such a sweet heart!!

Oh, what fun we've been having!! Yesterday my cousin Denise came along with the kids and brought my Aunt Vicki & Uncle Larry. It's always fun to see Kaitlyn & Henry together :). They are both really sweet babies! We packed up and headed for a nice stroll at Noah's Ark...and boy oh boy did it get hot ;).

Today my parents, Henry & I headed to a few state parks. We enjoyed a nice picnic lunch outside and the weather has just been gorgeous! Poor Henry isn't used to not getting his naps so you'll notice a trend in the photos above...falling asleep on Grandma & Grandpa! ;)
