Wife to a handsome redhead, momma to 3 little men and 1 little lady, recently moved back to our home state of Indiana after living in both Georgia and Texas.
In 2013 and I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and nearly lost my life in the December of 2013 after being in sepsis and spending days in ICU. I have since become passionate about health and living a whole foods lifestyle.
