Time for guesses & Dresser completed!

We are at the 30 day mark until my due date and it's always fun to play a little guessing game :). Please feel free to play along if you like! Leave your answers in the comment section below...
Date of Birth?
Time of birth?
Weight?
Length?
Will my baby have any hair? ;)
And, to make it a little more interesting, if anyone guesses the correct date of birth and/or weight, I'll be mailing you a Dairy Queen gift card! Because lately, a mint oreo blizzard always sounds good! ;)
(For reference...H was born at 38 weeks and 7#14 ounces. P was born at 39 weeks and 7#10 ounces)

Oh, and here is the dresser completed with hardware!! :)
Hope you have a great Tuesday :)

liTTle bRother'S room reveal {little bits}...

Yay! Little brother's room is finally together! Well, there are still a few more things that need done but like 90% done :)
I guess I hadn't mentioned it on here but, yes, we have picked his name but are waiting to announce it until he's born so I won't be showing the WHOLE room, just bits and pieces :).

Super soft blanket with his name! :)
This frame is the same one I distressed and hung for Porter's birthday. I stapled burlap to the back and attached the letters of his name to the front. Could be my fav of the room. I dunno though, I have lots of favorites :)
Swaddle wraps and blankets ready for a sweet baby!
Of course we had to get a bucket like the other two boys. We have gotten more use out of a $6.47 bucket than I ever imagined!! The boys are always filling with toys and carrying them around not to mention, I don't buy gift bags for them. This is truly the all occasion bucket! ;)
Little diaper things ready for him :)
Thanks to the heads up from my sis in love, I scored a great bargain on this pottery barn kids diaper bag. Can't wait to use! :)
big momma. Love having a little mirror in his room on the dresser :)

Right when you walk in are these liTTle bow ties. So adorable! These were the first present we received after announcing we were expecting another lil boy! (Thanks Aunt Kenlyn, Uncle Josh & boys!) and they are too adorable to keep in the closet! Every month I just put these on a lil onesie (they have a sticker back on them) and take his monthly picture! Adorable!!
This bedding turned out just like I had pictured! (Thanks Mom & Granny!) Love the chevron :)

The little lovies both boys picked out...elephant & monkey :)
 Mobile...Love!
(Thanks to Amy for making it with me when her & E came to visit!)
Wall collage...I still can't reveal the whole thing but think it turned out well and is hung over the dresser!
Dresser before at goodwill.
The dresser/changing table. Still looking for the right hardware.
Dresser. Kit did this all and it turned out great!!
Chair we've always had in nursery. Just some new pillows.
So excited about these little shoes ;)

The boys LOVE curious george ;)
Dresser filled with cute little boy things :)

Big Brother Date Night

Last night I did something I don't do nearly enough. Went on a date with Henry. Sure, Kit and I will often "divide & conquer" and each take a boy to run an errand but this was a little date. No grocery getting, no quick run to Sam's.
A date night!
Henry has been such a sweet boy lately and has been making such good choices, a super fun night was definitely in order too.
Plus, he's completely won me over with his 3 year old one liners.
"Momma, you'll always be my gwurl (girl)."
"You are my best momma in the whole world!"
"Thank you for sharing with me, momma, I know it makes Jesus happy that you are making good choices!"
I offered to take him out or make supper of his choice. He wanted to stay in. I gave him a run down of options and he heard Pizza and said, "Yes. I want that. Macaroni Pizza." I said, "you mean, pepperoni?" "No!" he responded, "Macaroni pizza!" I told him I had never heard of such a thing but after doing a quick search on Pinterest...what do you know? There IS such a thing. And, it turned out delicious! :)
After dinner we went upstairs to get ready and Kit took him to the bathroom and I could hear him telling him all the things he should do for me on a date. Hold my hand, open the doors, protect me, etc. It worked because he kept saying, "I'm obeying....I'm on my bestest behave." "best behavior?" "Yup, I am. I'm bestest behaving!" haha!
Plus, he came out of the bathroom wearing a little cologne and he was over the moon that he was such a BIG boy! :)
We took the time to get a lovie for baby brother as per our tradition, i guess, and walked out of the store with a little outfit with a guitar on it. Henry insisted baby wanted it and he would look handsome in it. Hey, I wasn't going to argue! :)
I'm really not a fan of stuffed animals. But, one of my great aunts gave Henry a puppy lovie when he was 6 weeks old and I started laying it beside him at naps. Henry attached to that puppy and it was always so easy to lay him in his crib because he was always so excited to see puppy. Well, before Porter was born, Henry bought him a bear. Now, Porter runs to bear at night too! So, therefore, it's only fair this baby isn't left out and has a lovie too! :)
We did a couple other fun things but we ended the evening with frozen yogurt and he just kept telling me how much fun he was having. So, so sweet!
I kept him out past bedtime and I could tell I the way home he was getting very tired but went to bed with a huge smile on his face.
I love you, Mr. H!
I think you're wonderful & I'm so proud to be your momma!

He is as big as a {Honeydew}

{19 months}.

Oh Porter, you continue to always keep us laughing! Like today. I wanted to take a couple pictures of you since you are 19 months old today and you both just got haircuts and had stayed pretty clean for the morning (that's no small feat!). And.....you insisted, I mean, insisted on wearing Mr. Potato Head's glasses for pictures. You are pretty laid back unless you have something specific in mind. Like your accessories and your shoes...you care very much ;)

You have done such a great job transitioning to the toddler bed and are so proud of your new room! You are still obsessed with tractors & trains. You are an animal lover! You are wearing 18 month clothes and size 6 shoe and size 4 diaper. You LOVE bath time. Lately, you are into reading books all the time which is SO fun!
You love the outdoors. You love bugs. Like seriously have no fear of bugs and I've already found you picking up worms, splitting them in half and don't even give it a second thought! This completely grosses your brother out! ;)
You are not much of a breakfast eater. You do love your fruit so a smoothie is always a big hit!
You love to say, "NO!" & "guckie" (yucky) and are pretty good at communicating exactly what you want. Your vocabulary has really taken off and you are adding new words everyday! You and Henry are having conversations now and it's so cute! Henry loves to ask you questions these days and also ask you, "Porter, can you say ____?" and tells you he is so proud of you for being a BIG boy! He also reminds you that no matter what, he is the BIGGER brother! ha!
You are a pretty cuddly little guy and absolutely love back rubs & kisses.
You are an elbow thrower. I'm not sure you will have a career in running :). You are so funny when you run, we are always in tears from laughing. You throw up your arms and take off throwing elbows! I'm not sure what you look like...a bird? It's too funny & we will never forget it!! haha! :)
We love you Porter, Porter, the Pumpkin eater!! ;)

A few thoughts of mine...

- I can't believe how beautiful and warm it is out. It seems as though the summer is here to stay and I love it. Play clothes, dirt, water, walks & smoothies. love, love, love.
-Our walks will get interesting with 3 kids but Porter already doesn't ride in a stroller anymore. He's a 'big kid' too, don't ya know?! :)
- Porter transitioned to a toddler bed over a week ago now. I'm sure we'll have a set back where he realizes he can get out of bed and wander the room but... I thought Henry was easy. Annnnnd, I probably just jinxed myself! ha!
- I really can't wait to put the baby's room together.
-Who am I kidding. Forget about the nursery...I just can't wait to meet this sweet boy & see what he looks like! I have dreamed every hair color on the little guy and honestly, I just hope he HAS hair. Who cares if it's black, brown, blonde or red.
-I feel like I've been pregnant for 3 years. Because really, I pretty much have been! ha!
-I can't get enough of smoothies. Thankfully, I've made the switch from donuts to smoothies and that has definitely helped with stepping on the scales every two weeks! ;)
