{FOUR} Months.

Wells!!

I can't believe it's time for you to rock the bow tie again!

FOUR months! Four months of having the best baby!

You are a true joy to have in our family Wells. You are the smiliest, happiest, most laid back baby I've ever met. You just go with the flow and love to sit around and watch the world around you. 

You are wearing 6-12 month size clothes. All the clothing is just a little bit different but in general it's anywhere from 6-12 months. You are in a size 3 diaper. You still take 3 naps a day with your last one becoming more of a quick "power" nap. Your morning and afternoon naps range from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours depending on how our day is going. You sleep 11-12 hours at night straight. You are such a quiet little sleeper. You are still swaddled. 

 You enjoy tummy time but haven't rolled over by yourself yet. You usually like to just "ride around" with us holding you and I call you my little koala baby. 

 You LOVE your bouncy seat and can really get going with kicking your legs and talking (read:YELLING) at your animals ;). 

You have an appt this week and we can't wait to see how much you weigh and can't believe we will get the go ahead to start baby cereal! AAaaahhHH! Slow down Wells.... this is going so fast!! :)

16 weeks!

Just a boy & his turtle :)

Porter's 2nd bday {i'll let the pictures do the talking}

Porter is 2.

I can't believe it. He's two. He's two? Man, does it fly by.


Porter, p-man, porter pie, sweet P, Porter the pumpkin eater, P Ryan, Cad boy 2, you are TWO today. It doesn't seem right.


You weigh 29 pounds and are wearing a size 2T. You wear a size 6-7 shoe & size 4 diaper.
You love your big boy bed and take one afternoon nap.



Porter, you are quite the little boy. With your big brown eyes and your big smile, you can charm anyone in just seconds! You
are very friendly. You will wave and tell just about anyone "HI!!".



You come alive in the presence of others. You love to show off, start dancing, laugh & giggle. Your vocabulary has taken off & you now talk all the time.



You are a joy & are easy going ...until you & Henry are going after the same toy. Then you become fiery & passionate and start screaming "HENNY TAKE IT AWAY!!!!" which sounds like a loud fire alarm & Henry will usually back off.


You two brothers LOVE to wrestle and while you may be the younger brother, you start the wrestling match 99.9% of the time.



You are the messiest child I've ever seen. It's amazing. Like you are a magnet for dirt.



I don't know if this is typical boy behavior or bc Henry is completely opposite & gets upset if there is any dirt on him. But it's frustrating & fascinating at the same time.


You are a good eater! There isn't much you won't try.
You are a good BIG brother.


You've been a quiet observer of Wells over the past few months but you are always willing to give him a kiss or run up to his bouncy seat and say, " HI BABY WELLS!".


You have the unique ability to turn anything you are doing to sheer fun.


No matter what it is, you make it look like fun & others want to join you!!


It's an honor & blessing to have you in our family, P, and we pray for many, many more years of laughter with you!
