Thank You!!

Sometimes it's good to just admit defeat & call for help. That's what I had to do this past week. It's been a crazy summer around here & I've been down & out more times than I can count physically. Thanks mom for catching me up on laundry & cleaning & cooking. Dad thanks for driving to Georgia & playing with the boys& running errands! ! You guys are a lifesaver!!!

A little Henry Humor

Henry told me..."Wells is SO cute! Thanks for picking him out at the hospital!" ;)

H won't stop looking at the ceiling and says...wow, it's fixed!! And I said, what?! He said poppa said he has to keep a roof over our heads and wow! We have a roof! Lol

This past week we enjoyed having Kit's sister & family come visit!! The boys loved having cousins around :). Thanks so much for coming & Wells enjoyed meeting everyone....plus, Kit & I got a date night...so very nice!

9 weeks old!!

{TWO} months.

Oh Wells, I can't believe you are two months old! It has gone by really fast and you continue to keep growing by leaps and bounds.

You are becoming very interactive with us and we love all the coos and smiles. We've only gotten one little giggle out of you but hoping to see more soon. 

You wear a size 2 diaper, 3-6mo clothes & sleep about 7-8 hour stretch and go back to sleep for about 3 hours. You still eat every 3 hours during the day. You are such a sweet baby!

 You were very irritable on Tuesday and unlike yourself. NO fever presented itself, but you were very restless. Tuesday night was a rough night and by Wednesday morning, you had a fever of 100.8. Now, big brothers have had a cold but when I called the Pediatrician they recommended going in for a work up to make sure all was okay. We were referred to the Childrens ER of Atlanta and spent all afternoon and evening there. Upon admission your fever was 102 but it responded well to Tylenol and has yet to go over 100.4 again. We are waiting on one more set of labs but are confident you just have a touch of something viral. It was no fun seeing you poked but are thankful you are okay!

 You weigh 14#13 ounces and are 23.22 inches long. 

You love to track us with your eyes and watch your brothers a lot as they are always busy moving. You seem to never stop moving and when on your back you constantly are kicking and waving your arms. You don't seem to mind tummy time and are spending more time on your stomach. 

We love you so much, Wells!!

Even with not feeling good, Wells gave us smiles and was the cutest baby there in his hospital gown!

8 weeks old

First sleepover!!

Last night was the first time the boys ever slept together...they loved it!! Theywatched a little movie before lights out :). We continued to hear giggling and Porter saying steeting wag! Steeting wag!! (sleeping bag). They thought they were big stuff!! So fun!

Preschool Camp

Our church offered a preschool camp this past week. The theme was all about Gods creation. Henry absolutely loved it. Being the early bird that he is, he was up, dressed & sitting by the door with his backpack on. For Porter & I, it was a little harder to get going first thing in the mornings :) but we are so glad he got to attend!

First time at church for Wells!

If I look exhausted...which I do... my first sunday back I was on the nursery schedule. Nothing like jumping right back into the swing of things! :)
